As Vip Vito Travel, our company attaches great importance to ensuring the security of your personal information that you have transmitted to us either while using our website or by other means. We would like to inform you about the “Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data” and some definitions specified in this legislation:
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Processing of personal data: Any operation performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system,
Data processor: A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authorization granted by the data controller,
Data recording system: The recording system in which personal data are structured and processed according to certain criteria,
Data Controller: It refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. Within the scope of the Law, our Company acts as the data controller.
Your personal and/or special categories of personal data may be obtained, recorded, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant law, in whole or in part, by our Company as the data controller or through all kinds of channels, including but not limited to our websites and social media pages.
In case of legal or service-related actual requirements, it may be shared with public institutions and organizations that our Company works with or is legally obliged to work with and/or third party natural person/legal person, service provider and supplier companies, insurance companies and our Company and/or our Company’s sub-agencies, in case of legal or service-related actual requirements, it may be transferred abroad, including abroad – including but not limited to the details below – or it may be processed – including but not limited to the details below – including preventing its use.

Your personal data collected may be transferred to the call center, service providers such as archive, printing house, card printing, distribution company and our business partners, contracted lawyers, official institutions and organizations in order to provide you with this service, provided that it is limited to the reason that requires transfer within the scope of the Law and related regulations for the purposes described above.
4.Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected for the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and based on and limited to the legal reasons for the performance of the contract specified in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law, fulfillment of the legal obligation, stipulated by law, legitimate interest of the data controller, by automatic or non-automatic methods listed below.

5.Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
By applying to our company within the framework of Article 11 of Law No. 6698;
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to requests 5 and 6 above to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
Within the framework of the explanations made above, you can submit your applications regarding your personal data by using one of the following communication methods;

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, our Company will finalize the application requests according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the transaction requires cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection shall be justified in writing or electronically.
